Sustainable management with new values of innovation, responsibility, and commitment

As a professional manufacturer of fluoride, Sunlit deeply understands the importance of the earth’s limited resources as one of the most important assets in the development of a company. Therefore, we are committed to realizing modern management, deepening the market of high-value electronic chemicals, and reducing, recycling, and reusing energy resources. In 2021, the "ESG Sustainable Development Committee" and the "Sustainable Office" was established to improve the overall practices of corporate sustainable management through decision-making and the supervision of all sustainability-related works of the company from the three major dimensions of Environment (E), Society (S), and Corporate Governance (G). Through the strengthening of the company's operating system, commitment to environmental protection, and fulfillment of social responsibilities, Sunlit is able to fulfill its duty in protecting the rights and interests of the company, employees, and stakeholders.
  In 2021, Sunlit obtained the first ISO 46001 Water Resource Efficiency Management System Certificate from SGS Chemical Industry/Electronic Chemical Materials and the ISO 50001 Energy Management System Certificate. These two certificates not only hold a significant meaning in symbolizing Sunlit's commitment to corporate sustainability, but also mark the beginning of the company’s active role in protecting the earth's environment in the face of climate change. Through the continuous operation of the ISO 46001 Water Resource Efficiency Management System and the ISO 50001 Energy Management System, Sunlit is committed to the review, monitoring, and continuous improvement of the various operational uses of water and energy resources on a regular basis.
  To fulfill its commitment to the environment, society, and corporate governance, the company has also established the "ESG Sustainability Committee" and "Sustainability Office" to promote and supervise relevant strategies and goals as well as to drive sustainable operations, all with the support of the senior leaders of the committee and based on the core values that make up Sunlit’s DNA. In addition, Sunlit aims to establish mutual sustainability through trust and communication with all stakeholders under the company's core values of Innovation, Responsibility and Commitment

Expectations from the General Manager

As a sustainable business, we strive to fulfill our corporate responsibility while pursuing profitability

     It is undeniable that a company’s ability to operate in a sustainable manner largely depends on the pursuit of excellence in the quality of products, sales, and cost control. However, at a time when the global climate and environment are changing drastically and natural resources are facing a depletion crisis, companies need to demonstrate the determination to do what they can in the fulfilment of their corporate responsibilities while simultaneously pursuing profits. Excellent companies are definitely created by an innovative group of people, a great vision for business, and the beautiful land they are created upon. We should always remain grateful and cherish this hard-won achievement. The promotion of ESG is the most practical action to reflect on this gratitude and actively give back. This is a long journey, but one that must never be given up. We firmly believe and expect that it will become a part of the DNA of Sunlit’s corporate culture across all of Sunlit’s branches around the world.

      The company must fully support and implement it so that it does not become just an empty slogan or procedure. It also depends on the perseverance of the task force to implement the spirit and practice of ESG to become a part of the DNA of all Sunlit branches around the world. I know that this is a continuous project of sustainability, and one that must be done to perfection.
