In an effort to attract exceptional talents, Sunlit plans to implement a series of benefits including the Employee Referral Bonus, Long Service Bonus, and Onboarding Bonus, whereby the amount is determined according to monthly performance.

Sunlit continues to provide competitive overall remuneration and all employees enjoy fixed remuneration such as basic salary, various allowances, and cash bonuses in order to cultivate and retain talent. In addition, a differentiated salary adjustment mechanism is planned to reward high-performing employees that make continuous contributions to the company. In the past few years, Sunlit has repeatedly achieved outstanding operational results. From 2017 to 2021, the total annual employee salary has increased from around NTD80 million to approximately NTD180 million, while the annual per capita salary during the same period increased from NTD380,000 to NTD780,000.
