Sunlit Company has established a sustainable development committee and an energy resource promotion team to address energy resource management issues, mitigate the impact of climate change, and implement government policies. In 2021, Sunlit obtained ISO 50001 Energy Management System and ISO 46001 Water Resource Management System certifications to demonstrate the implementation of standardized management for energy and water resources.

Sunlit's three strategic approaches to energy management:

1. Continuous internal self-energy conservation and carbon reduction: Setting annual energy conservation and carbon reduction targets.

2. Planning and building self-sustainable green energy feasibility: Consulting various types of green energy and evaluating potential areas within the plant for installation.

3. Purchasing green energy: If self-energy conservation, carbon reduction efforts, and green energy installations do not achieve net-zero carbon emissions, Sunlit will purchase green energy from external sources to meet the zero-carbon target.
