• 2024: Sunlit Chemical's laboratory obtained ISO 17025 laboratory certification with TAF accreditation.
• 2023: Received TSMC’s "Excellent Supplier Award – Chemical Global Capacity Building" and "ESG Award."
• 2022: Was invited by TSMC to become a major supplier of high-purity hydrofluoric acid for U.S. semiconductor factories.
• 2021: Became the first company in the chemical and electronic chemicals industries to achieve both ISO 46001 and ISO 50001 certifications, and established the "ESG Sustainable Development Committee" to focus on environmental conservation and social responsibility.
• 2015: Became a major supplier of hydrofluoric acid electronic chemicals for TSMC, the world’s largest integrated circuit manufacturer.
• 2006: Obtained ISO 14001 Environmental Management System certification.
• 1999: Pharmaceutical-grade sodium fluoride (NaF) passed U.S. FDA approval, with production accounting for 95% of global supply, becoming the world’s largest manufacturer.
• 1998: Introduced the ISO 9002 Quality Management System (now ISO 9001).
• 1991: Sunlit Chemical Co., Ltd. was founded, specializing in fluoride manufacturing and hydrofluoric acid dilution plants.
• 1972: Sunlit Trading Co., Ltd. was established, focusing on the sales of imported chemical raw materials.
