Sunlit Chemical was established in 1972, specializing in the production of industrial-grade hydrofluoric acid, fluoroboric acid, tin fluoroborate, and lead fluoroborate. Since 1996, the company began producing pharmaceutical-grade sodium fluoride, industrial-grade sodium fluoride, and acid-grade sodium fluoride, obtaining certification from the U.S. FDA. Subsequently, Sunlit earned certifications from renowned semiconductor manufacturers in Europe, the U.S., Singapore, and Malaysia, becoming the largest hydrofluoric acid manufacturer in Taiwan. In 2021, Sunlit became a key supplier of high-purity hydrofluoric acid to the U.S. semiconductor industry, striving to be a critical partner in the global semiconductor sector.

Globally recognized toothpaste brands such as Colgate, GSK, and P&G all use Sunlit’s sodium fluoride, with a global market share exceeding 80%, solidifying Sunlit’s position as a market leader worldwide.
