Occupational Health and Safety (OHS)

Employees are considered the most important asset of the company. To prevent occupational hazards and ensure the safety and health of workers, the company not only adheres to quality standards to meet customer demands but also complies with occupational health and safety regulations and meets stakeholder requirements. Additionally, the company has implemented a DCS process monitoring system to realize modern management, deepen the high-value electronic chemical market, and establish partnerships, continuously improving to ensure that all employees can work safely and healthily.

Through the ISO 45001 Occupational Health and Safety Management System's P-D-C-A (Plan-Do-Check-Act) continuous improvement approach, the company has established the "Occupational Health and Safety Manual" and conducts regular updates to identify and assess occupational safety and health changes in the plant using the "Safety, Health, and Environmental Risk Identification and Assessment Procedure." This process helps mitigate risks from external factors, internal operations, activities, services, or facilities that may harm the environment or people's safety and health. Continuous identification and assessment of potential risks allow for effective risk management.

  • Take appropriate preventive measures or implement necessary control methods to identify risks and opportunities for improvement, aiming for sustainable management.

  • Conduct annual environmental monitoring in the plant to ensure workplace safety for employees.

  • Regularly offer occupational health and safety-related courses to strengthen safety knowledge among employees.

  • Provide annual health check-ups for employees.

  • Review the safety and health environmental risk assessment table annually.

  • Hold regular emergency response drills involving all employees to enhance disaster response capabilities.

  • Participate in external training courses, seminars, and briefings to stay updated on the latest regulations, which are then applied to internal safety protocols.
