Sunlit regularly holds quarterly sustainability meetings to communicate with various departments regarding stakeholder concerns on sustainability, quality, environment, governance, and social issues. These inputs are consolidated and updated in the "Organizational Context Summary Table," with each communication issue categorized as either an "opportunity" or a "risk." The results of stakeholder interactions are also reviewed to ensure that concerns and requirements from stakeholders are effectively tracked, communicated, and responded to during these meetings.
To achieve its goals and vision of sustainable development, Sunlit follows the GRI Standards 2021 stakeholder identification criteria across the three ESG dimensions—Environmental, Social, and Governance. External experts assess the actual or potential, positive or negative impacts of economic, environmental, and human factors (including human rights) on the company. With reference to stakeholder types in the industry, the company collaborates with employees to discuss and review the relevance of various stakeholder groups to Chiaolite. The final outcome confirmed five primary stakeholder groups for 2023: government agencies, employees, customers, financial institutions, and suppliers.
